PETSfolio acts solely as a facilitator of information regarding the Bajaj General Pet Insurance (formerly Bajaj Allianz).

PETSfolio is not:

An insurance agent

An entity licensed under IRDAI to solicit or procure insurance

PETSfolio does not engage in any activity that constitutes insurance solicitation or sales under the Insurance Act, 1938, or IRDAI regulatory framework.

2. Non-Involvement in Payments

PETSfolio does not:

Collect premium payments
Process transactions
Accept money on behalf of Bajaj General Insurance
Use any PETSfolio-owned payment gateway for insurance transactions
Issue receipts or policy confirmations

All payments for Bajaj General Pet Insurance are made solely via the official Bajaj General Insurance payment gateway.

PETSfolio does not access, store, or process customer payment information.

Policy issuance
Premium calculation
Claim processing
Claim approval or rejection
Refunds or cancellations

5. Limitations of Assistance

PETSfolio does not:

File claims on behalf of customers

Communicate to Bajaj General Insurance as an authorized agent or intermediary

PETSfolio may collect basic customer details solely for the purpose of facilitating communication with Bajaj General Insurance.

PETSfolio will:

Discrepancies in premium amounts
