01 Do rescue dogs forget their owners?
Rescue dogs do not forget their owners immediately. Once they spend a happy time with the new owners, their memories with the old owners fade away in the due course of time.
02 What are the requirements for dog adoption?
- The adopter must have a minimum age of 21 years
- A government-issued photo identity card with details of current address.
- All members of the family must be present at the time of adoption.
- Must allow Petsfolio representative for an adoption follow-up either by phone/in person.
- They must be willing to sign a legally binding contract with Petsfolio.
03 What are the important things to consider before adopting a pet?
Adopting a dog is a long-term commitment; ensure the following before you proceed with the adoption.
- You can invest regular time and money to take care of the pet
- Someone to take care of the dog in your absence
- Be aware of the local regulations (if any) that govern pet ownership.
04 How long does the dog adoption process take?
The whole process of dog adoption takes about 45minutes to 1 hour.
